We are a computer service company located in Asheville NC. We provide all levels of support and service, from the nagging email issue, to full fledge office support. We want to be your local computer company.

Our office is located downtown at 86 Asheland Ave. This is the Keller Williams Realty building. A lot of people ask “Are you a Realtor?”. We are not Realtors. We simply provide all of the computer support for all of the local Keller Williams offices on a contractual basis. This office is open 8:30 to 5:30 M-F, and 9-3 on Saturday. You are welcome to drop off your computer at our office anytime. Just give your computer to the receptionist, and we will take care of the rest. We also have satellite offices in Waynseville, Weaverville, and Black Mountain.

Services we offer:

  • Computer Reformat/Reinstall - Is your computer just old and not running well anymore, but you don’t want to buy a new one? The Reformat/Reinstall may be exactly what you need. Call us for more details.
  • Virus/Spyware - We can handle the worst infections.
  • Memory Upgrades - Sometimes a simple memory upgrade is all you need to make your computer run much faster and more efficiently.
  • New & Refurbished Computer Sales - DO NOT buy your computer at Best Buy, Circuit City, etc. It’s not that we don’t like these companies (well, we don’t, actually), its just that all of their computers have Windows Vista on them, and also are loaded with ads,  trial software and bloatware. Our computers come without all the extra junk on them, and come loaded with Windows XP, a simpler and more efficient operating system. Again, DO NOT buy your computer at Best Buy, Circuit City, etc. We can usually offer a comparable deal, which includes install by one of our qualified techs.
  • Remote Support - We can fix computer issues remotely via the Internet. Basically, this mean we dont have to come to your house, and you dont have to come to our office. We take control of your computer via remote desktop software, and try to solve your computer issues remotely.
  • Networking & Wireless Networking - Have your own wireless network at your house. Surf the Internet from your kitchen table. Share one printer among the whole family. Share files and folders and music between computers. The possibilities are endless.
  • Small Business Support - We are just like you! We are a small business as well, and understand you don’t have the budget that some of the other companies demand. We work with many small businesses in the Asheville area, and would love to discuss your needs.
